What is the retreat located?

This year’s yoga holiday will be held at the lovely Laguardia hotel on Giglio Island in Tuscany.

Only 2 hour taxi/drive from Rome (followed by a lovely 1 hour ferry), this is a heaven on earth. And we are going in September so the water is even warmer and the summer crowds are mostly gone.

What is a yoga holiday?

A mix of community, adventure, yoga, food, massage and true Italian style living in the most memorable parts of Italy, this is an annual luxury you don’t want to miss.

So whats the total cost?

$3850 for a single superior room (sea view)

$3400 for a single premium comfort room (garden view)

$2650 per person (2) for a shared double superior room (sea view, two beds)

What is included?

• Yoga 2x a day taught by Francesca Bove + special guests including Kyle Henry (Katonah Yoga!). There will be 1 class on arrival and departure days.

• Luxurious breakfast every day

• 5 group dinners + 1 apertivo night

• Other fun stuff stay tuned -:)

Not included:

• Massage with Lucia (!)

• All lunches

• 2 nights off / dinner out

• Alcohol

• Transportation (but we can help you arrange a taxi or other affordable modes of transportation. Just ask us -:)

When should I arrive and how do I get there?

If you are only coming for the yoga holiday, then you should plan to arrive at FCO the morning of Sunday, September 10th. Transport is not included but we will arrange for those who need it a group van for those arriving that morning right to the ferry.. If you will be in Italy prior to that date, we can suggest alternate ways of getting to the island e.g Train from Rome. For departures immediately after the yoga holiday, book a flight that leaves as late as possible on Sunday September 17th. There is a class that Sunday morning, then you catch the ferry with ease and time and we can arrange a van for you back to FCO as you like -:)
